This small, family-run restaurant is open for the summer months only. With room for a mere 45 diners, you are certain to receive personal attention from the proprietors at all times. This is a cosy place to eat good food, with the menu featuring innovative contemporary cuisine, seafood, and a number of vegetarian options. Seafood is the restaurant's outstanding speciality, including expertly prepared salmon and trout. Dingles also has a fine wine list with a good range of bottles from around the globe. The soft interior lighting lends a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. It's located towards the end of New Street and has a small unassuming sign hanging outside.
