With a huge lobster clutching a pint of Guinness outside, it is easy to guess the two most popular menu items. Fun and friendly, The Lobster Bar really hums with an enthusiastic crowd. Families are made quite welcome and there is a good mix of locals and visitors. A pool table and alternating disco and traditional music in the summer keeps up the excitement through the evening. There is an excellent and extensive menu; fresh seafood is presented in many forms, but vegetarians and meat eaters are very well catered for too. Even children have a great range of real food choices, not the usual bits and chips.
