Combining cutting-edge music, a gallery and a modern European bistro, The Spitz is an all-in-one cultural experience. The terrace of this listed building spills out into Spitalfields Market, and the painted concrete floors and deep yellow walls of the interior blend in perfectly with the rusty, old-world, market place ambience. The restaurant serves up an excellent mix of international cuisine, with a firm emphasis on using organic ingredients. The upstairs bar-area regularly attracts some of the world's most elusive underground artists.
