This place stands out on groovy Park Street because it has resisted the gentrification and trendy make-overs that have swept much of this area. In other words, from the outside it looks nothing special. The burgundy exterior is as understated as the interior - a rather bland design which continues the burgundy theme with tables and booths minus any elaborate decor. But don't be fooled, this is a great Italian whose quality of food enables it to hold its own. The menu is mainly pizza and pasta, but with some interesting starters and desserts - deep fried mozzarella, plus tropical fruit crumble for example. In short, it's a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered. House wine is #8 a bottle and the intimate, unhurried atmosphere makes it somewhere you could stay all night.
