Right in the heart of the city (there is another branch at 9a Regent Street in Clifton), this popular and family-run place provides continental breakfasts and lunches for Bristol's hungry folk on the move - those with time can sit at the few tables and chairs inside and out on the pavement. Although tiny, it offers a tempting selection of sandwiches - meats, fish, cheeses and vegetarian fillings - as well as the hot toasted Provencale baguettes that are their speciality. You can even design your own sandwich from a list of ingredients. Hot and cold drinks are also available.
