Johann S. offers something slightly unusual for Leipzig: Koelsch (Cologne's local brew). But Johann S. is not necessarily just a beer pub, it has a restaurant serving superbly satisfying and creative dishes priced between EUR 4 and EUR 15. The classic mousse au chocolate is there to finish up with! All in all, you really can't go wrong with a visit to Johann S. as even the area in which it is situated (Thomaskirche) constantly offers the opportunity to watch the tourists and Leipzig inhabitants as they pass by.
