Situated in the sleepy district of Kaiserswerth, Die Tonhalle has long since established itself as a bastion of new international cuisine. The menu includes the likes of filet of perch with prawns at EUR 18 and stuffed turkey breast on a bed of salad for EUR 15. The chanterelle mushroom soup makes an exceptional starter. The wine waiter is extremely knowledgeable and will be able to recommend the perfect wine to accompany your meal. The house Chardonnay (EUR 20.50) is particularly good. The Sunday brunch buffet (10.30am-5pm) includes a variety of exotic creations plus all the coffee, tea, juice or sekt you can drink for EUR 20.
