The staff of this old town Chinese restaurant are masters of their trade and will happily elucidate all you need to know about the Chinese capital's speciality dish. After being carved at the table, the crispy, honey-coated skin of the duck is dipped in an aromatic sauce before being rolled up in small pancakes. A menu for two costs EUR 45, for four EUR 79.
