Diebels Fasskeller
Bolkerstraße 14-16, Altstadt, Dusseldorf, GermanyDiebels, Dusseldorf's best selling brand of altbier, now runs the 'longest bar in the world' in the old town. The heart of the pub is the remarkable Fasskuhlraum (the draught beer cooling room) which is well worth a visit in its own right. As well as serving beer by the glass, groups can order their own 10-litre barrel (EUR 54) of Diebels and pour it themselves. The snacks (from EUR 2.30) make a welcome break if you find yourself drinking too much (which is likely). A selection of main meals like the pan-fried meat platter for EUR 13.50 are also served.
