This is an Italian restaurant in the small street between the Groenplaats and the Cathedral and a great place to stop for a pizza. Da Giovanni is very cosy but also lively and generally very busy. They seem to like red because most of the furnishing and table decoration are in this bright colour. Also lots of Italian landscapes on the walls and charming Italian waiters. They have very big pizzas but also a variety of delicious salads. Chianti of course.
