On Schuttershof street near the Vogelmarkt, you can't miss the bright yellow facade of this newer Texan-Mexican eatery. Going to Pablo's restaurant is like walking into a genuine Western movie, with its typical wooden chairs and tables and suggestive wall paintings. Tex-mex stands for a Texan-Mexican kitchen. If you like spicy and exotic foods, you can try some of the tortillas or burritos and if you prefer good old cowboy food, go for T-bone steak. Whichever way you choose, don't forget to take your time and enjoy one of their fabulous cocktails.
