This famous Russian-Parisian restaurant has welcomed many Russian writers including Solzhenitsyn and Rostropovitch. The cuisine is unique and traditional: try the Vareneki a la Siberienne (jumbo ravioli), Oukha (fish in aromatic poaching liquid) and Chachlik Karsky (spit-roasted saddle of lamb).
