Sahib is a distinguished old town Indian restaurant near the Hofgarten. The elaborate (yet not overdone) interior is characterised by pictures of Indian gods and plenty of red soft furnishings. Its Indian owners serve authentic dishes and the restaurant is held in high esteem among members of the local Indian community who often eat here. Customers pay for the food and a cover charge, which is not entirely undeserved given the quality. This does mean that it is a little on the expensive side. The lunch set menus are very good value. This lunch comprises of two starters, four different main courses and a selection from the salad bar.
