Paul Bocuse and his associates have put their suitcases down in this ancestral brasserie to give it a new look. The updated ambience is warm, with red and green walls and wood trim throughout. The menu includes royal sauerkrauts, seafood and other skewered dishes. The cuisine is more refined than is usually offered in a brasserie; there are private rooms for between 5-60 people.
