Traditionally this is the most "chic" restaurant in the city. In the last few years it has lost a bit of its charm, but the service and cuisine continue to have great class. It is located near Piazza dell'Unita d'Italia, the biggest European square next to the sea, and the Verdi Theatre, right in the middle of Trieste. There is a carpark a few metres away which is free in the evenings.
