Located in the middle of downtown, the food here is almost as interesting as the staff and customers. The playing cards tacked to the ceiling, black-and-white-checkered floor and live jazz add to the festive atmosphere. Tables surround a balcony where the band plays. Order a drink from the full bar—the staff can advise you on the wide array of wines available. Try the French onion soup or Filet Mignon au Poivre.
