Since 1974 the eclectic Roberto Benzi, the owner of this place, has offered a choice of meat dishes that are mostly beyond compare in Genoa. Near the newly renovated Teatro Modena, this is a place to spot actors and audience members who come here after the performance. It offers meat and game as well as snails, which is their speciality. The restaurant is open until 2am and the staff speak a range of languages, including English, French, German and Spanish.
