Stagecoach Inn Restaurant & Lounge
3132 Chinden Boulevard, Garden City, IDServing a generous helping of Idaho hospitality and steak-and-potatoes cuisine, this wood-paneled mainstay opened its doors in 1959. While trendy eateries have moved into Boise, this restaurant has kept to its roots. Diners will find Western art and artifacts decorating the restaurant's dark walls, and a menu that looks the same as did it 40 years ago. The prices, however, are one thing that has changed with the times. All cuts of steak are offered from tenderloin tips to prime rib, and the prawns come big, breaded and fried.

- Comfort food.
- The steak was not worth the price, tasted like it was from a cheaper franchise, greasy,oil taste to to prawns.
“I have been a patron of the Stagecoach for a long time due to my frequent travels to Boise. I always looked forward eating there especially - the fried prawns. I have to admit that the last few times though, I have been disappointed, it just hasn't been the same quality as before. Has anybody else noticed this?”
