This faultless restaurant with a magnificent vaulted dining room and pleasant courtyard terrace serves as a shop window for local produce of the Lozere. Excellent country cooking and a high standard of service are the priority at an establishment proud of its culinary tradition. The menu offers tripoux and aligots (tripe), confits de canard (duck preserve), terrines de lapin (rabbit pate), couscous de homard au vin de Maury (lobster couscous in Maury wine) as well as strong cheeses and sweets from the Cevennes. Bon appetit! Lunch costs around EUR21.
