Aladdin Traditional Egyptian Cuisine111 Broadway Avenue, Boise, IDTel: (208) 368-0880 The ethnic touches of this downtown restaurant add to the authenticity of owner/chef Ibrahim Ebed's Egyptian cuisine, but it is the belly dancers that capture most of the attention. Richly clad in native costumes, the dancers entertain diners Thursday through Saturday. But even the dancers can't outshine the food. Flavorful Egyptian flatbread and pitas are made daily. Appetizers include Baba Ghanouj, mashed eggplant with sesame tahini and garlic. Entrees range from Wara 'anab, grape leaves stuffed with rice and fresh herbs, and Seyadeyeh, a rice and fish casserole.

“This has to be the nicest & best chef in Boise! Oh my gosh his food is too good to be true & he personally came out to our table to give us more food than we ordered because he wanted us to taste it. Popular Restraurants in Boise
