Situated just behind the Opera house, this restaurant occupies what was once the city's public baths. The setting is magnificent, with a spacious veranda in the form of a semicircle that looks out over an inner courtyard with shady palm trees and ornamental ponds. As for the cuisine, it is both highly original and refined, with excellent seafood dishes. There is also an extensive wine list and the service is attentive. Tea is served in the tea room during the afternoon. Set menus are available at EUR153.09 lunchtime, EUR22.10 in the evening.
