Prepared using the finest local produce, Chef Christian Willer's elaborate creations are served on the specially designed, 1930s-style tableware, and it has an excellent wine list to match. You can enjoy gourmet cuisine with a distinctly Provencal flavor in equally attractive surroundings; a bright, sunny dining room with windows on three sides and the added bonus of a fantastic sea view. Situated on the first floor of the Martinez luxury hotel, the restaurant gets its name from the Palme d'Or, awarded each year to the Best Film during the Film Festival. Terrace seats 40.
