Traditional dishes like Aspic de Morue en Aioli (fish pie with garlic mayonnaise), Lapin aux Olives (rabbit with olives) or Daube au Vin Rouge (beef & red wine casserole served with polenta) are prepared and served by a talented and dedicated staff.
