The young chef, Thierry Coulmeau, demonstrates his skill for you in this pleasant restaurant on Place Ramus. The ingredients used in the recipes are all chosen with great care and the result on the plate is well worth your visit. The professional and skilled staff produce authentic and flavoursome dishes of Joue de Boeuf (cow cheek), Duck Breasts and Merou (grouper). The attentive service is excellent and the wine list offers good wines at affordable prices. Set menus are available from EUR14-EUR22.
