Located on the most famous street of the city, the Cours Mirabeau, this brasserie is part of Aix's artistic and cultural heritage. The 17th century cafe, whose decor is listed as a monument historique, has been host to Cezanne, Zola and Lamartine. Nowadays, the terrace is the place to be seen, and lets one enjoy the simple seafood dishes that are available. The dish of the day costs EUR11.27, and a la carte entrees come in around EUR27.43.
