Connected to the XV Beacon hotel, this restaurant is proud to be one of the most expensive in Boston. The olive walls and dark trim evoke a hushed, men's-club feel. Located steps away from the State House, politicians visit frequently for the fabulous wine list and excellent food, prepared in New England and European styles. The on-site herb garden and fish tanks ensure freshness. The dinner menu includes roasted monkfish, two-pound lobsters, Colorado lamb rack and Vermont baby pheasant. The desserts are superb and the restaurant has a full service bar.
