A family-run business, Walter runs the kitchen and Sylvia and Adina run the dining room of this Roman trattoria. The menu is entirely Roman with delicious dishes such as Carciofi alla giudia, Cacio e pepe and Fritto di interiora. Fish dishes are on offer, among them pasta and beans with mussels and clams. The pizzas are good. Good red and white wines from Velletri and draught beer. After-theatre dinner can be booked.
