You can smell the fresh-baked goods when you walk into this restaurant that specializes in large quantities of American-style food. You can choose from an array of homemade baked items, including muffins, pies, caramel and pecan rolls and cakes. The menu offers omelets, pancakes, benedicts, potato casseroles, melt sandwiches, salads, burgers and soups. Popular dishes include the Kansas City Potato Casserole ($6.99), a mixture of sirloin strips, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, Monterey Jack cheese and potatoes.
