Imperial Sea11200 Davenport Street, Omaha, NEWeb: Visit this site » This restaurant, until recently known as the the Imperial Palace, is one of Omaha's most unforgettable dining establishments. The building is a spectacular feat of architecture resembling an authentic Chinese palace. The interior is as grand as the exterior, with linen-topped tables, black lacquer chairs and a showy pagoda gracing the center of the multi-level dining room. The bar is spacious with a goldfish-filled stream flowing right down the middle. Be sure to try a Mai Tai, strong and delicious, or any of the other specialty drinks available. For dinner, try the Peanut Butter Chicken ($12.95) or one of the many exotic seafood specials.

“We ate there on vacation, will never go back! My husband ordered the porterhouse, my daughter the rib eye, I tried the house breaded shrimp. First off, the steaks were ordered medium rare, they came raw and cold in the middle. Really raw! They were sent back and when cooked properly the porterhouse was ok but the rib eye was very gristly and tough. Not a good cut of meat. The waiter was rude and told us a medium rare steak should be that way. not! I used to cook and know how a steak should be done. We got no drinks, no appetizers and no desserts so I felt robbed! ” 3 of 7 people found this review helpful.Popular Restraurants in Omaha
