Spicy entrees are the specialty here. Try the signature item Arroz Con Pollo ($10), tender chicken prepared with fresh mushrooms, onions and green peppers served on a bed of rice. Another choice is Tacos Al Carbon ($10), sliced steak served with corn tortillas, salsa, cilantro and Parmesan cheese. Traditional favorites, like tacos, enchiladas and burritos, are also available if you do not feel like trying something new. Dress is casual. A mariachi band entertains every Friday night.
