This "New York Style Chop House" in the Old Market offers ala carte dining at very high prices. Start with Steak Tartar ($9.95), sliced tomato and onion salad ($5.95) or Caesar Salad ($6). Diners choose meat from a cart filled with various cuts of USDA Prime Graded Beef (prices vary). Side dishes include sauteed mushrooms ($4.95), creamed garlic spinach ($5.95) and Blue Cheese potatoes ($5.95). The dining room is more casual than you would expect from such a pricey restaurant.
