Benihana165 South West Temple, (in Arrow Press Square, Building #1), Salt Lake City, UTTel: (801) 322-2421 Complete with hibachi-style dining tables, this well-known restaurant is one of Salt Lake's finest Japanese eateries and includes a popular karaoke bar which dominates one corner of the restaurant. During lunch hours, diners may order a fairly substantial plate of sushi for around $8. Dinner is much more expensive, but worth what you will pay, especially when you consider that each meal is prepared separately by an expert chef, right at your table. This renowned chain offers a selection of alcoholic beverages, domestic or imported, which complement the exceptional food you will be graciously served.

“My wife and I have been eating weekly at the Salt Lake City Benihana sushi bar for quiets some time. The sushi chefs are great and fun to talk to and the food is a great value. On the occasions, however, that we are served by the older waitress who regularly works there, the experience has become unbearable. She has a real chip on her shoulder and is just plain rude. Even though we like the food, we are frequent dining members of Emperors Club, we are not going to eat at the Salt Lake City Benihana again.
