An endless array of delicious, hearty dishes from the northern regions of Navarra and the Basque Country are on offer here. Choose from specialties like Vegetable Stew with Fried Eggs and Green Asparagus, Grilled Baby Squid cooked in ink, Caramelized Baked Onions or Veal and Ham Meatballs. These are all best accompanied by strong red wines from Rioja, although there are many other varieties available in the cellar. The huge plate-glass front lets in lots of natural light that is retained by the marble floor and the white plaster ceiling. Valet parking available.
