You'll find a wide selection of excellent tapas on offer, especially the Roquefort cheese and pork sausages. If you prefer a sit-down meal, head upstairs where you'll find traditional fare on the menu with outstanding red meats in particular. Open since 1933, it specializes in serving the best wines available from the Valdepenas region. The bar is downstairs, the restaurant upstairs, and both are decorated with photos of famous matadors.
