Next to the cathedral, this restaurant is found in a 16th century National Heritage building that still has wine cellars and caves, some used today as dining areas. They offer seasonal cuisine, so the menu is updated every three months and they offer a daily set menu for. The varied menu is made up of regional dishes such as roasts and game meat. Some of the specialities are exquisite, such as the Iberian pig's trotters filled with blood sausage, the quail fried with ginger and honey lemon, the roasted suckling pig, or the duck breasts with grapefruit sauce.
