“I will not waste my money on this hotel, again. I was unable to turn the heat down. The only way to get any air circulation was to turn on the fan which was too noisy. There was no parking garage. It cost $21.00 a night to park. Never again!”

“I enjoyed my stay very much. The pool side area was awesome. The best I have ever seen. I enjoyed sitting out by the pool reading a book. Very peaceful.”

“The TV reception was poor along with the channel selection. bathroom door didn't shut properly. Loud noises early in the morning (construction) food menu was outrageously priced. My over-all experience was not as expected. Only good thing was the location. How can you have a 4 plus star hotel but not free internet in your room.”

“It has potential but has issues at the moment. When we called the front desk to get our car on Saturday morning there was no answer. I even called from my cell phone and still no answer. Irritating. We had to go down to the front desk to tell them to please get our car.”

“Fairly nice hotel but not 3.5 stars. I would rate it at 3 stars. We had a nice room with a view of the mountains.”

“Don't stay here until their parking garage has finished its renovation. Car valet service was a nightmare, we called down to have our car pulled up, we were told it would be 10 minutes, we went down to check out and arrived within 15 minutes of requesting our car be pulled up. We discovered later after waiting for over 75 minutes for the car that the valet could not find the car as the reason it took so long. With the parking garage closed the valet's have to go almost 7 blocks to find places to park cars parked through the valet, guess the guy that parked our car didn't document very well where he took our car to be parked overnight? As luck would have it, we were in a hurry being that it was a Monday morning.”

“This tiny room with one double bed right across from the elevator was the smallest, supposed 4-star, room I have ever stayed in. For example, the nightstand was attached to the wall and was only 10 inches wide, the same distance as the bed was from the wall. The single sink in the bathroom was only 24 inches wide and had a hairdryer and box of tissues perched on its edges. The tub drain sounded like it had a vacuum attached to it to make it drain; `loud¿ does not describe it adequately. The bed was comfortable but only a double, we were told it was the only room they had available. On the other hand, the restaurant was open late and had fabulous food and a great wait staff! Overall, not a 4-star experience except for the food.”

“The drawer in the room was very small. First night, I woke up early in the morning because of strange electrical noise. I could not figure out where it came from. I was not able to go back to sleep because of the noise. Also, there was not directory (information book) of the hotel facilities in the room and I did not know that they provide their guests with free Internet connection in the lobby area. I ended up buying a connection in the room just in order to check e-mails. I spoke to the hotel and they gave me refund though. Also, without the information book, I had to keep asking them where the pool, the gym were located and what the check out time was. They should have provided their guests with that kind of information. Also draining in the bath tub was very bad and surface of the water came up to my ankles while taking shower which was quite uncomfortable. I spoke to them and no response at all.”

“The location was Perfect for every activity in Denver. However; I prefer not to sleep in a cockroach infested room. The cockroaches were the size of a small mice. This is not what I expected from this Hotel.”

“Very nice, clean, friendly staff. The room was great. My only complaint was that there was only one elevator, it was hard to find and it was a long walk to the room.”

“Unfriendly staff, the elevators were very slow, and outdated, very warm and small and tight. we were stuck and other guests had their dogs and they were just as anxious. I didn't like and would never recommend this hotel.” Popular Restraurants in DenverView all restaurants in Denver
