The menu at this tiny bistro in Federal Hill reads like an experienced world traveler's list of favorite recipes. There's Lobster Paella from Spain, for instance, and Empandas, which are meat pies traditional in South America. There're also Italian and Hungarian specialties. And all are moderately priced, as are the selections from the wine list. The plain decor may not match the energy of the menu, but the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, which makes this a great choice for a casual lunch or dinner.
