Although Hamilton's is a relative newcomer on the Baltimore restaurant scene, it has managed to cultivate a growing and loyal clientele. The dining room, with an exposed stone wall and seating for just 79 guests, is intimate and cozy. Seafood and sweetbreads are staples of the creative menu. The Grilled Pork Loin with orzo pasta, cipollini onions and portobelo mushrooms, and Grilled Beef Tenderloin with carmelized onion and Bel Paese potato tart are worthy of special note.
