For over 40 years this restaurant has been a cornerstone of Aspen dining. The building itself was originally erected in 1886 and to this day still retains a definite Victorian flare. The menu, like the interior, is different and innovative. The entrees incorporate an Italian-lean and include pasta options, as well as a host of specialty dishes like the Grilled Veal Chop and the Crispy Sea Bass. The wine list is stunning in variety and is big enough to make you think the waiter handed you a small novella by mistake.
