'Contemporary cowboy cuisine' is the speciality of this rustic restaurant. Voted 'Best New Restaurant' by Ingrams `98, this popular spot offers good service, great food and a cozy atmosphere. The menu is separated into two major sections: the Small Plate, which includes barbecued Texas Gulf Shrimp ($9), fresh Diver Scallops (12) and Kansas Potato Flatbread with spit roasted duck ($11); and the Big Plate, featuring a 14-ounce Kansas City Strip ($30), Red Chile Grilled Salmon ($22) and Spit-roasted Duckling ($17). A fun kids menu is available for the little buckeroos.
