Fat City Bar & Cafe1001 Front St, Sacramento, CAEnter the glass-enclosed entrance to this historic building and the authentic detail inside will transport you back in time to the wild Gold Rush days. Among the numerous Tiffany lamps under intricate stained glass windows, tourists and locals gather for light lunches, weekend brunch, drinks and conversation at the authentic mid-19th century tables. In addition to the lean and tasty ostrich burgers, the menu offers a variety of sandwiches, salads, soups and appetizers. Steak and seafood entrees are an interesting mix of American, Cajun and Italian cuisine.

“Do not eat at this restaurant. The food is overpriced, the wait will be long (no matter what day you go), and when you do actually get the food that you order, it's going to taste like warm rubber. The manager only cares about your money, and will do everything in his power to get you out as quickly as possible, even if they don't get your order right, or bring you the wrong wine. Go to a restaurant in old sac where the place will appreciate your business. Avoid this place at all costs! ” 1 of 2 people found this review helpful.Popular Restraurants in SacramentoView all restaurants in Sacramento
