Located in the swank Sterling Hotel, this small fine-dining restaurant (35-guest seating capacity) offers an intimate and elegant setting which to stage special occasion events. Entrees are light and flavorful variations on an American theme, notably the Roasted Quail and Apricot-wrapped Pork Tenderloin. The pastry desserts are popular for both exquisite presentation and melt-in-your-mouth taste.
