Most people come here for the fun of strutting on the huge dance floor. But what comes through the kitchen doors is another good reason to pull up a chair at this local hot spot. Replicas of signs from the 1950s and 1960s adorn the high walls alongside pieces of country music memorabilia. Locals mix with tourists, who come here for both the country dancing as well as the food. Appetizers here are big enough to fill you up. The quesadillas, chicken strips wrapped in flour tortillas and smothered with salsa and cheese, are a steal at USD5.25. The open-faced prime rib sandwich (USD10.25) covered with horseradish on French bread is an awesome item.
