Wolfgang Puck, known for his style and artistic offerings, brings his California restaurant themes to the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Choose patio dining or private rooms; it is a great location for people-watching, and you may find yourself seated among some very famous diners. Tastes of the Orient include traditional Hong Kong and Cantonese-style dishes such as the whole sizzling catfish with ponzu dipping sauce, lettuce wraps and Puck's famous Chinois chicken salad. The short ribs also get raves, and the wine list is impressive. You can mix and match from the a la carte menu or be served family-style. Private dining is also available.
