This restaurant at Mandalay Bay is upscale and hip, catering to a young, stylish crowd. Three varieties of caviar are served, in traditional style with toast points or blinis, and available in one-ounce increments. For a modest price, enjoy a true Russian entree, Kulebyaka, salmon filet with mushrooms, chopped egg, dill and Salmon Mousseline wrapped in a puff pastry. For dessert, the Strawberries Romanoff would win over even Joseph Stalin's heart. A wide selection of vodkas and other bar drinks is available.
