Designed by Geoffrey Beene, this is a hip place to dine at Mandalay Bay Resort. Entering the restaurant, you walk over a drawbridge, which is directly above lighted waterfalls. The food is a fusion of tastes and very Pacific Rim. Appetizers include Duck Pancakes with shitake mushroom sauce. Recommended main entrees include Tasmanian Spiced Lamb Loin with citrus hearts of palm salad, or Sizzling Whole Fish with Chinese black bean and red chili sauce.
