Start with a signature Margarita ($3.75) to accompany tortilla chips and Las Margaritas' own salsa, a delightful blend of whole tomatoes, cilantro, onion, jalapenos and spices. Then try the Chicken a la Palapa ($8): grilled chicken topped with vegetables sauteed in red wine, lathered in cheese and served with refried beans and Mexican rice.
