Locals have made this restaurant a favored hangout since 1978. The popularity here is due to three things: large portions, reasonable prices and incredibly good food. A Combination Plate—enchiladas, chile relleno and tamales with beans and rice—goes for only $7.50, and the entire plate is covered with a heap of cheese and tasty chile (red or green, of course). For breakfast, the burritos are big and come with your choice of meats, including chorizo.
