Cajun food, which originated in the bayous of Louisiana, is famous for its spicy flavor. The owner of this restaurant comes from that region and brings his expertise with him. The menu has a large variety of choices from full dinners to sandwiches. The dinners are almost artistic in their arrangement and come with a vegetable and bread choice. The southern catfish is heavenly and so is the jambalaya. For people who do not like Cajun food, the Philly Cheesesteak is among the best in town.
