A Little Rock favorite for 25 years, Alouette's offers marvelous service and delectable French cuisine. A popular option is the fixed-price menu, which includes a salad, bread, entree, dessert and coffee. With choices such as Breast of Chicken with Pheasant Mousse and Grilled Mahi-Mahi with Fresh Mango Salsa, you cannot go wrong. Do not miss the Blueberry Parfait for dessert, either. You can expect candlelit tables, linen tablecloths and well-dressed waiters, so dress for the occasion. The clientele is suitably upscale for such a high-class establishment.
